Welcome to Home Care Services. By using our website or booking our appliance repair service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Nature
Home Care Services is an independent private appliance repair service provider offering repair and maintenance services at customer locations.
We provide repair services for:
- Washing Machines
- Refrigerators
- Air Conditioners
- Televisions
- Dishwashers
- Microwaves
- Other household appliances
We are not an authorized brand service center unless specifically mentioned.
2. Service Charges
A technician inspection / visiting charge of ₹299 applies for every booked service visit.
This charge covers:
- Technician visit to customer location
- Initial inspection of appliance
- Problem diagnosis
Repair cost and spare part charges are separate and will be informed after inspection.
3. Warranty Policy
We provide 3 months service warranty on repaired parts and service work, subject to the following conditions:
- Warranty applies only to the repaired issue.
- Warranty does not cover unrelated faults.
- Warranty does not apply if appliance is opened or repaired by another technician after our service.
- Physical damage, water damage, voltage fluctuation, misuse, or accidental damage are excluded.
4. Spare Parts
If spare parts are required:
- Charges will be informed before replacement.
- Availability depends on market stock.
- Genuine or compatible parts may be used depending on availability.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel service before technician dispatch.
If cancellation occurs:
- Before technician dispatch → No charge
- After technician arrival → ₹299 visit charge applies
Repeated false bookings may be refused.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due after service completion.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Cash
- UPI
- Bank transfer
7. Customer Responsibility
Customer must provide:
- Correct address
- Accessible appliance for inspection
- Safe working environment
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Existing hidden faults in old appliances
- Delays caused by spare part availability
- Manufacturer-related warranty claims
